Intensive Case Management (ICM)
Intensive Case Management (ICM) is a 6-week program that provides individualized, strengths-based intensive case management for youth involved with Juvenile Probation or Parole in Burlington County. ICM aims to reduce repeat offenses while helping youth develop into positive members of the community. Core components include:
- Individualized, strengths-based intensive case management
- Regular and frequent face to face interaction between youth and ICM staff
- Random monitoring checks
- Coordination and referral to appropriate community services
- Consistent interaction between ICM staff and Juvenile Probation Officers
Referrals are made through the Burlington County Multi-Disciplinary Team in conjunction with the juvenile’s probation officer.

The ICM program is based upon the Detention Diversion Advocacy Program Model.
